The Town Houses sector sits on the eastern side of the Etihad Town Sialkot, bordered by Block-B to the west and extending toward the southern reservations near the TMA public building plots. It is a standalone, single-product zone — unlike Block-A, B, and C, which mix several plot sizes, this sector is built entirely around one uniform town-house unit.
Location and Access
The Town Houses sector is positioned east of Block-B, connected into the town’s road network through the same 55′-wide Sector Roads used across the rest of the plan. Internally, the sector is served by 35′-wide streets, laid out in long, straight rows rather than the curved loop layouts seen in Block-B and Block-C.
This places the sector within easy reach of:
- Block-B, immediately to the west
- Main Boulevard (120′ wide), reachable via the connecting sector roads
- The TMA public building reservations further south
Residential Plots
Unlike the surrounding blocks, the Town Houses sector offers a single, standardized plot size:
- Town House plots (25′ x 45′)
This uniformity is a deliberate design choice for a town-house product — consistent frontage, setback, and street width across the entire sector, which keeps the eventual streetscape and construction more consistent than a mixed-plot block.
Green Space and Amenities
The sector does not have its own internal park the way Block-B and Block-C do. Residents here rely on the town’s broader shared green spaces — including the nearby parks and the Urban Forest (35.07 Kanal) further along the central corridor — rather than a dedicated pocket park within the sector itself.
How It Fits the Bigger Picture
Within the master plan, the Town Houses sector functions as a distinct product line rather than a general residential block — offering smaller, uniform, move-in-ready-style units for buyers who want a lower upfront commitment than an 8 Marla, 10 Marla, or 1 Kanal plot requires. Positioned between Block-B and the town’s southern reservations, it keeps this product cleanly separated from the larger mixed-plot sectors elsewhere in Etihad Town.
