The Executive Block occupies the south-central portion of Etihad Town Phase 2 and stands out on the master plan as a distinct, red-highlighted zone separate from the sprawling Overseas Block that surrounds much of the rest of the society.

Location on the Map

  • The Executive Block sits just north of the Townhouses section, near the southern tip of the society.
  • It’s positioned close to Entrance Gate No. 3, which sits at the roundabout where Pine Avenue meets Shigar Road and the internal road network.
  • Pine Avenue (150 ft), one of the society’s main boulevards, runs along the northern edge of the block, giving it strong connectivity to the rest of the community.
  • The block is bordered on its western side by the Lahore–Sahiwal Motorway Link Road.

Layout

Unlike the grid-style sectors that make up most of the Overseas Block, the Executive Block is laid out as a more self-contained, compact zone. The map shows it split into a couple of adjoining sections with internal streets running through them, along with dedicated amenity and reserved plots marked within the block itself — labeled areas for amenities as well as “revenue plot” designations appear directly on the map within this zone.

Proximity to Key Features

  • It’s a short distance from the circular park and roundabout complex along Pine Avenue, one of the more prominent green features in the southern part of the society.
  • Being close to Gate No. 3 means relatively direct access in and out of the society without having to cross through the denser residential sectors to the north.
  • Its neighboring location to the Townhouses block places it near one of the more distinctly planned, uniform residential sections of Etihad Town Phase 2.

Plot Types

The Executive Block draws from the same overall legend as the rest of the society, though its layout suggests a more curated mix rather than the full range seen elsewhere. Categories shown in the master plan’s legend include:

  • 2 Kanal
  • 1 Kanal
  • 12 Marla
  • 10 Marla
  • 7 Marla
  • 5 Marla
  • 3.5 Marla
  • 3 Marla

Given its smaller footprint compared to the Overseas Block, the Executive Block likely offers a more limited, boutique selection of these sizes rather than every category in bulk.

What Sets It Apart

The name “Executive” and its distinct highlighting on the map suggest this block is positioned as a somewhat more exclusive or premium section relative to the broader Overseas Block — smaller in scale, closer to a main entrance, and adjacent to the more manicured Townhouses and roundabout/park area at the southern end of the society.
