Block-C sits on the western-central side of the Etihad Town Sialkot master plan, directly across the Main Boulevard from Block-B. It is the closest of the three lettered blocks to the Marala-Ravi Link Canal and the 80′-wide Link Canal Road, giving it a distinct canal-facing edge that the other blocks don’t share.
Location and Access
Block-C is bordered on its west by the Link Canal Road, on its east by the Main Boulevard (120′ wide), and sits just north of the Grid Station (15.37 Kanal) and the society’s central sector around the Jamia Masjid. Like Block-B, it’s built around a large curved loop road wrapping its own internal residential park — the two blocks appear to have been designed as a mirrored pair flanking the boulevard.
Road access follows the town’s standard hierarchy:
- Sector Roads — 55′ wide, along the block’s outer boundary
- Streets — mostly 40′ wide, serving the residential rows
- Road (Canal-side) — the 80′-wide Link Canal Road running along the block’s western edge
This canal-side position gives Block-C residents a wide, open road frontage on one side, plus quick access to the Main Boulevard on the other.
Residential Plots
Block-C’s residential mix, like Block-B, sits toward the mid-to-larger end of the town’s plot range:
- 8 Marla plots (30′ x 60′)
- 10 Marla plots (35′ x 65′ and 30′ x 80′)
- Additional smaller plots along the outer rows nearer the sector roads
The block’s internal park anchors the loop layout, so a large share of plots here front either the park or the curving perimeter street.
Green Space and Amenities
Block-C’s residential park mirrors Block-B’s across the boulevard, and the block also benefits from proximity to the Grid Station just south of it and the Urban Forest (35.07 Kanal) and Jamia Masjid (10.13 Kanal) further along the central corridor. Its western edge along the Link Canal Road adds a natural, open buffer that the more interior blocks don’t have.
How Block-C Fits the Bigger Picture
Block-C completes the trio of lettered blocks: Block-A at the town’s entrance near the Business District, and Block-B and Block-C as a matched pair of park-centered neighborhoods flanking the Main Boulevard — with Block-C distinguished by its canal-facing frontage. For buyers who value a quieter, water-adjacent setting while staying close to the town’s central mosque and boulevard, Block-C offers that combination.
