The Main Boulevard and primary roads in Block A and the Overseas Block are said to be 100% carpeted, with physical possession for construction already granted in Sector A, where several designer villas are reportedly under construction. Underground electricity, sewerage, and fiber-optic infrastructure are also described as largely complete in these developed sectors.
In April 2026, Etihad Town introduced an Executive Block expansion in Sialkot, building on strong demand after early possession was granted for the Etihad Business District Sialkot, with the company’s COO framing it as reflecting the developer’s commitment to on-time delivery. Separately, a farmhouse society on Daska Road, described as Sialkot’s first approved farmhouse project is also underway, with road and boundary work in progress in 2026.
