Etihad Town Phase 3, located along Raiwind Road near Jia Bagga Road in Lahore, continues moving through active infrastructure development. As of January 2026, on-ground progress was reportedly moving at a fast pace, with a major highlight being construction of Jhelum Road, a 300-foot-wide boulevard. The project is approved by the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), and while gas has been approved for all blocks, connections aren’t yet available since the society remains under development.
On the commercial side, by mid-2026 the project’s commercial zones were said to be transitioning from a high-growth development site toward a more fully realized business hub, with the Main Boulevard and commercial streetlights reportedly operational by the second quarter of 2026. A newer master-plan/balloting process was also rolled out for the project in late 2025 into 2026.
