Block-A sits at the northern end of the Etihad Town Sialkot master plan, making it one of the first sectors a visitor reaches after passing through Entrance Gate No. 1 off the Sialkot to Daska Road. Its location gives it a distinct identity within the wider society: it sits directly beside the Etihad Business District and, according to the layout, backs onto a planned amusement/water-park style leisure area — an amenity that isn’t repeated anywhere else in the plan.

Location and Access

Block-A is bounded by the Sialkot-Daska Road corridor on its northeastern edge, with the Business District and entrance gate immediately to its northwest. Internally, it’s served by the same road hierarchy used across the rest of the society:

  • Sector Roads — 55′ wide, forming the block’s main internal loop
  • Streets — a mix of 40′ and 35′ wide roads reaching individual residential rows
  • Parking strips — 30′ wide, allocated along several of the internal streets

This places Block-A close to the Main Boulevard (120′ wide) that runs south through the society, giving residents a quick link to the central sectors (Block-B, Block-C) and onward to the Executive Block.

Residential Plots

Block-A is developed primarily around smaller and mid-sized residential plots, consistent with its role as a dense, entry-point sector of the town:

  • 4 Marla plots (30′ x 30′) — the dominant plot size in this block, laid out in long curved rows that follow the block’s rounded boundary
  • 5.33 Marla plots
  • 8 Marla plots (30′ x 60′ and 30′ x 70′)
  • 10 Marla plots (35′ x 65′ and 30′ x 80′)

The plot numbering in this section runs into the hundreds (roughly the 1-260+ range on the map), reflecting how densely this block is subdivided compared to the more spacious 1-Kanal sectors further south.

Green Space and Amenities

Block-A includes its own residential park, along with pocket parks distributed between the curved residential rows — a recurring design choice across the master plan that keeps a green space within short walking distance of most homes. Being adjacent to the Business District also means residents here are closest to whatever commercial and office development eventually anchors that district, as well as to the leisure/water-park area at the very top of the plan.

How Block-A Fits the Bigger Picture

Compared to Block-B and Block-C, which sit further south around the society’s central mosque and canal-facing roads, Block-A reads as the “gateway” sector — smaller plots, tighter street widths, and immediate proximity to the business and entertainment anchors at the front of the town. For a buyer prioritizing quick access to the main entrance, the business district, and (eventually) commercial activity, Block-A is the most directly connected residential block in the scheme.
