The Overseas Block is one of the largest and most prominent residential zones in Etihad Town Phase 2, and the master plan map shows it occupying two separate areas within the society rather than a single contiguous chunk of land.

Two Distinct Sections

Western Overseas Block – This is by far the bigger of the two sections, spreading across the entire western half of the master plan. It borders Jia Bagga Road/Lake City to the west and stretches from the Lahore–Sahiwal Motorway Link Road area in the north down toward Pine Avenue in the south. This section forms the largest single residential zone in the whole society, laid out in a dense grid of sector-style streets with several parks and green belts distributed throughout.

Eastern Overseas Block – A smaller, separately labeled Overseas Block sits in the east-central part of the layout, near the stadium, commercial complex, and Entrance Gate No. 2. This section is positioned closer to the society’s key amenities and the 180-foot Main Boulevard.

Location and Access

  • The western section is reached primarily via Entrance Gate No. 1, off Pine Avenue, and is also accessible from the Lahore–Sahiwal Motorway Link Road along its eastern edge.
  • The eastern section sits near Entrance Gate No. 2 and has direct exposure to the Main Boulevard (180 ft), putting it within easy reach of the stadium, school, masjid, and commercial complex.
  • Both sections benefit from proximity to Lahore Ring Road and Canal Road, which run along the northern boundary of the entire society.

What’s Nearby

  • The western block has multiple internal parks, including a large circular park along its main internal road, plus additional green spaces scattered through the sectors.
  • The eastern block is close to the Stadium (~69.70 Kanal), the Commercial Complex (~21 Kanal), and the school and masjid, making it one of the more amenity-rich pockets of the society.

Plot Sizes Available

Based on the legend, the Overseas Block (both sections) includes a mix of residential plot categories consistent with the rest of the society:

  • 2 Kanal
  • 1 Kanal
  • 12 Marla
  • 10 Marla
  • 7 Marla
  • 5 Marla
  • 3.5 Marla
  • 3 Marla

The exact mix and distribution of these sizes varies by sector, with larger plots generally found deeper within the block and smaller plots concentrated near the main roads.

Why It Stands Out

The Overseas Block’s split layout is worth noting for buyers: the western section offers a larger, more traditional grid-style residential area with more green space, while the eastern section trades some size for closer proximity to the stadium, commercial hub, and main boulevard — features that often carry a premium in planned communities.
