Etihad Town Phase 1, located on Main Raiwind Road near Thokar Niaz Baig, is now a mature, fully developed community rather than a project still under construction. Launched in 2016-2017, this phase has become fully developed, with families already living there, houses built, and many homes reselling in the market. Spanning approximately 560 Kanals, the phase is fully developed and already home to over 300 families.
The society holds valid approval from the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), and infrastructure promises, wide carpeted roads, underground wiring, sewerage, green belts, a mosque, and a community center have reportedly been fulfilled. Since the area is essentially built out, most activity now happens in the resale market, with prices varying by block and by proximity to parks or main boulevards.
