Etihad Town Phase 3 is ideally located in southern Lahore on Jia Bagga Road, right next to LDA City, with easy access to major routes like Raiwind Road and Lahore Ring Road through the Adda Plot Interchange.
The master plan shows additional connectivity from Neelam Road along with wide internal streets that link residential and commercial areas. The layout plan map officially revealed in 27 September 2025 highlights organised block divisions, plot numbering, wide boulevards, green belts, parks, a central mosque, and commercial zones. It also includes recreational features such as sports areas and a dedicated eco-forest or water park space. The map clearly outlines how each block connects through major and inner roads, ensuring smooth movement across the society.
Etihad Town Phase 3 is LDA-approved, offering security to investors, and part of its land was integrated from the previous Soul City project, strengthening the overall development plan.
